Join our energizing group exercise classes led by our pelvic floor kinesiologist. Targeted pelvic floor, core, and hip workouts are the top evidence based treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction. Weekly Group Classes
Deep Core and Pelvic Floor Strength Class
Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm

Targeted at pelvic floor, core, and lower body strengthening, this class focuses on mobility and lengthening of soft tissue in the pelvic floor and lower body which can help prepare for birth, reduce pain, and have many other benefits. Lots of deep core work (hello transverse abdominus!) combined with learning how to use your pelvic floor and core together through functional movements. It is also a great opportunity to be part of a community of new moms. Babies welcome! Modifications are available for all levels of ability.

Perinatal Strength Class

For individuals recovering from hysterectomy, postpartum, prolapse repair, or any pelvic floor condition wanting to return to a high impact sport, such as running, CrossFit, soccer, basketball, dance, etc.
This weekly class is for anyone currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future. We will focus on core strengthening, pelvic floor awareness and strengthening, birth prep including the pelvic floor and hips, and much more.
Post-Partum Rehab Class

Our active rehabilitation class, tailored for individuals more than 6 weeks postpartum, focuses on regaining core and pelvic floor awareness. Join us to safely rebuild strength and confidence in your body after childbirth.
