Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Initial 1 hour assessment and follow up treatments as recommended, helping you with any of your pelvic floor concerns including pregnancy, post partum, incontinence, menopause, prolapse, low back, hip, SIJ, or pelvic pain, hysterectomy, endometriosis, and much more. 

Pelvic Floor Kinesiology

Pelvic Floor Kinesiology involves active rehabilitation to address pelvic floor dysfunction through targeted exercises and personalized guidance. Pelvic floor dysfunction can be effectively treated with specific exercises involving the pelvic floor muscles, core, glutes, and adductors.

1-1 Childbirth Education

Includes two 2-hour in person or virtual classes with your partner to prepare for birth and what comes after birth. You’ll also get a copy of my Birth Partner Support Guide and audio book with all you need to know. Learn pain coping techniques, partner support tools, breastfeeding techniques and much more. Birthing again and VBAC support offered. 

Holisitic Nutrition Services for Women’s Health

In person or virtual. Create a plan for personal optimal health transformation with email support. Includes life style changes, meal recommendations, supplementation advice, stress management techniques, gut health protocols, and email support. We also offer a 6 week package that can address pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and menopause transformation health needs.

Return to High Impact Activity for Postpartum Women

Screening assessment for any woman more than 3 months post-partum looking to return to high impact activities such as running, cross fit, soccer, etc. The assessment involves specific strength tests, internal pelvic floor muscle strength assessment (optional), aerobic/impact activities, and biomechanical assessments. This is very important for any post partum woman returning to these activities to reduce previous or future issues with pelvic floor dysfunction. 

Lactation Consultation Services

Breastfeeding can come with challenges and questions. We provide an opportunity for support and guidance in your breastfeeding journey. The goal is to support your unique needs as a family and make breastfeeding an enjoyable and nourishing experience. It involves a thorough assessment with evidence based strategies to help you reach your breastfeeding goals.

Male Pelvic Health

Males also have a pelvis and pelvic floor, and we are qualified to treat male pelvic floor conditions. Common issues Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Kinesiology/Athletic Therapy can help with include erectile dysfunction, post prostectomy, chronic prostatitis, pain with intercourse, bladder urgency and frequency, persistent pelvic pain in the lower back, buttocks, tailbone, groin, abdomen, penis, scrotum, pudendal neuralgia, and much more. 

Pediatric Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Paediatric Pelvic Health Physiotherapy can help treat children over the age of 5 years who are experiencing bed wetting (enuresis), constipation, difficulty urinating, or urine leakage during the day, pelvic pain, urinary frequency (more than every 3 hrs).
