Monthly Group Workshops


Childbirth Education and 4th-Trimester Preparation Group Weekend Intensive Workshop

  • 6 hours of in person classes broken into 2x3 hour classes (Saturdays)

Holistic Newborn Baby Care and Baby Under One Group Workshop 

  • 2 hour workshop where you get to learn how to prepare for your Newborn baby's needs.

  • Partner connection tools - when your baby takes all your time you can use these tools to stay connected without intimacy. 

  • Breastfeeding positions, mastitis, bottle feeding, newborn baby care, safe sleep practices and sleep cycles and so much more. 


Pregnancy and Postpartum Nutrition Group Workshop 

Includes a 2-hour workshop. Want to feed your body and baby nutritionally dense food that taste great? Support your baby in growing a healthy brain and body? Understand how nutrition can support better birth outcomes? This group class will support you in pregnancy and postpartum as you eat scientifically backed food that supports you in weight loss, making quality breastmilk, and reducing postpartum anxiety through building a healthy digestive system in the first 6-weeks after birth. Bring your partner so they understand how to support you in optional recovery after birth. You will take home a book and meal plan for the 3rd trimester and a book and meal plan for the 4th trimester valued at $35 each.


New Parent Support Group

2-hour Support Group Setting. Come join a community of other new parents, talk about your challenges, successes, and get support with Teri-Ann who’s mentorship training can help you with anxiety, baby health challenges like colic and gas, sleep issues, and much more. We will also look at partnership needs that may be challenged by baby’s arrival, breastfeeding challenges and sibling transition support. 


New Moms Nervous System Regulation Class

Holistic Menopause Group Workshop

  • In this 1 hour workshop you will learn tools that support you in staying calm through times of challenge

  • Understand your mind body connection and how to use it to support your relationships

  • Create stronger relationships through intentional interactions where you are in your body and aware of your triggers as signs of ways you can heal your nervous system responses. 

  • Reduce anxiety and depression by looking within for ways to reduce the mental chatter that limits your perspective or opportunities for growth. 

  • Help your family use these practices so they can understand the benefits of a regulated nervous system too. 


  • In this 2 hour workshop You will learn the signs and symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.

  • Learn what the symptoms mean and how you can address them with nutrition, herbs, and supplements. 

  • Take away a 7 day meal plan with shopping lists and preparation guide, the list of key nutrients needed to support menopause. 

  • Learn how to use mindfulness to manage symptoms.
